Almost Perfect
I was excited to see these pants and I ordered them online. When they arrived they were nearly perfect. The fabric was great, the color was a wonderful dark black, and the construction was impeccable. I had ordered my usual Eileen Fisher size, small, and thought they would fit like all of my other EF pants.
I was wrong. They were way too big in the seat and in the upper thighs. They made me look huge, and I'm quite slim. I have returned them.
This is the second time I've had this problem, and I hope it's not a trend. I had planned to buy a second pair in ink. In fact I was thrilled to see that they came in ink since I love navy and buy it when available. But not this time.
Sizing down was not an option because the pants fit perfectly in the waist and stomach area. Now I'm still looking for the pants that will be the basis for my fall and winter wardrobe. How sad!
